
TIOGA COUNTY — The Candor girls take on state-ranked and defending Class C state champion Moravia for the overall IAC Small School girls basketball title tonight at Tompkins-Cotland Community College, while the Candor boys hosts Watkins Glen in the regular-season finale, and the Section IV boys swimming postseason begins.

Candor (14-3) vs. Moravia (14-3), 6 p.m. @ TCCC: The Coyotes closed the regular season with a 56-41 win over O-M Thursday, while the Blue Devils dropped a 46-45 decision at Marathon.
Candor, which is riding a six-game win streak, is unranked in the latest state rankings (Feb. 12), while Moravia is ranked 16th in Class C.
Candor won the regular-season meeting at home, 60-53, in late December.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Watkins Glen (8-9) at Candor (14-5), 3 p.m.: The Coyotes, riding a seven-game win streak, are coming off a 64-52 win over Groton last Tuesday, while the Lake Hawks topped Tioga, 50-31, Tuesday.
Candor is ranked 23rd in Class C.
BOYS SWIMMING
Section IV, Class B Prelims, 5 p.m. @ M-E: Eric Schrader, Magavin Allen, Javan Belokur, and Nicholas Lomanoco lead the River Hawks into action.
