IAC VOLLEYBALL: SVE WRAPS UP REGULAR SEASON WITH WIN OVER MORAVIA (2024-10-24)

SPENCER — The Spencer Van-Etten volleyball team closed out the regular season with a 25-17, 25-14, 25-13 win over Moravia.

SVE plays on Nov. 1 at TC3 in the IAC Championships, while the JV team is in a three-way tie for first place in the IAC.

Amani Diboun had two points, an ace, a kill, an assist and two digs and Makana Diboun had four digs, five points, an ace and a kill.

Elizabeth Ortolaza had a point and an ace each, while Faith Brenchley had six points, an ace, four kills, a block, four digs and 10 assists, while Summer Taylor had a kill.

Lauren Gillette had four points, two aces and three kills and Liilyanah Doolittle had six points, two aces, 13 kills, four digs and an assist.

Hannah Smith had a block and a dig and Andy Wallace had 13 points, three aces and six digs and Kelsea Swayze had eight points, two aces, eight digs and six assists.

The JV team beat Moravia 25-13, 25-17.

Trinity Dashler had three kills, two digs, five assists and a point for SVE JV and Elliana Middlebrook had three points, while Riley Koch had five points, two aces and two digs.

Reece Hickey had nine points, four aces, six kills and a block, while Jayde Bailey had six points, three aces, two kills and four digs.

Devorah Lau had four digs and Maddy Ashby had seven points, three aces, three kills, four digs and nine assists and Jayden Riley had two kills.
