NEWARK VALLEY — The Newark Valley volleyball team picked up a 3-0 win over Edison to wrap up the regular season on Thursday, 25-12, 25-23, 25-21.
For the Cardinals it was a strong way to wrap up the year as they picked up their fourth win of the season.
Rosie Wandell had 13 assists, 10 points and seven digs and Laura Ludwig had 17 points, eight aces, two kills, a block and two digs.
Jenna Vosburgh had eight points, two aces, five kills and five digs and Haven Aylesworth had three points, an ace, two kills and six digs.
Adriana Rich had four points, an ace, two kills, two blocks and three digs.
Anaya Aylesworth had five points, three aces, four kills and three digs, while Maddy Noble had two digs.
HattieSue Hines had two aces, two assists and five digs.
Charlee Stroman had seven digs, three kills and three aces for Edison and Maycie Bennett had an assist, five digs and four kills.
Emily Aiello, Isabelle Guarnieri and Carissa Cowen all had two digs, while Lillian Cowulich had three digs and Makayla Graham had a dig.
Mali Huffner had five digs and a block and Lulu Albertalli had three kills and an ace, while Sammy Hoffman had two kills and two digs.
Kailey Ripley had eight assists, six digs, a kill and an ace.
Edison won the JV match 25-10, 25-15, 25-11.
