
WATKINS GLEN — Kody Floyd rolled a 526 series to lead the Candor boys bowling team to a 4-0 victory over Watkins Glen/Trumansburg at Harbor Lanes Tuesday.
The Coyotes won the girls match, 3-1.
BOYS
Candor won by scores of 590-567, 780-629 and 742-664 and captured the total pinfall, 2120-1860.
Floyd’s series included a 190 in his opening game. Jason Tuffarello had the team’s high game, a 202, and finished with a 425 series.
Aiden Jackson contributed a 150-419, William Dizer had a 164-355, Luca Romans added a 122-314 and Tyler Dunham had a 155 game (he did not bowl in game one).
Brett Cullen Pike led WG/T-burg with a 408 series and Mykel Cody had a 166 series.
GIRLS
The Coyotes dropped the opening game, 548-525, then rallied with a pair of 669 games while the hosts had 550 and 527. Candor took the total pinfall, 1863-1625.
Kailtyn Floyd paced the Coyotes with a 158-451 while Kristin Baker chipped in with a 157-408.
Jenna Rose Reagan added a 122-328, Calli Marsh added a 153 game (she did not bowl the first game) and Kaydee Jackson had a 106-296.
Candor heads to Lansing Thursday at 4 p.m.
