Tioga County Sports ReportTIOGA COUNTY — Boys and girls track & field athletes from Candor, Newark Valley, Owego and S-VE head to Union-Endicott for the final day of the Section IV state qualifier.
Some events were not completed Wednesday due to a severe thunderstorm
Events begin at 5 p.m. both at U-E’s Ty Cobb Stadium.
