Tioga County Sports ReportWATKINS GLEN — Jasmine Graham scored 10 of her game-high 16 points as Newark Valley opened with a 13-2 first-quarter blitz en route to a 46-18 IAC South Large School JV victory over Watkins Glen here Saturday.
The Cardinals would build a 20-point cushion at the half, 25-5, and hold it after three quarters, 36-16.
Joining Jasmine Graham in double figures was Kalyna Graham with 10. Sarah Raymond, Hayley Beebe, Katie Berghorn, Breanna Brigham and Rachael Walker chipped in with four points apiece.
Beebe dished out four assists and grabbed four steals, and Cymbri Jefferson pulled down six rebounds. Jasmine Graham and Felicia Fiacco snagged four thefts each, Faith Payne added three steals and Walker handed out three assists.
Lillian Ameigh led the Senecas with 10 points.
