OWEGO — Candor split an IAC crossover match with Dryden at Owego Bowl Friday. The girls were victorious, 4-0, while the Indian boys lost by the same score.
GIRLS
The Indians pushed their record to 21-3 overall with an unchallenged victory as Dryden did not field a team for this match.
Mya Marsh led the way with an impressive 232 in her final game, finishing with a 576 series.
Kaitlyn Floyd added a 188-429 and Olivia Bennett chipped in with a 154-426.
Elisa Hatton added a 254 series and Julia Dunham had a 254.
Candor rolled games of 615, 684 and 671 and carried a total pinfall of 1970.
BOYS
The Purple Lions won by scores of 804-779, 806-676 and 827-686 and took the total pinfall, 2437-2141.
Dryden standout Eddy Pietrasz sandwiched a 267 between a pair of 248 games to finish with a 763 series.
Kody Floyd paced Candor with a 223-582. Garrett Lindhorst had a 180-513 and Matt Fitch added a 143-402.
Carson Howe had a pair of 119 games, Aiden Jackson added a 120 and Tyler Dunham tracked on a 106.
Candor travels to Lansing Monday.
