Tioga County Sports ReportNEWARK VALLEY — The Newark Valley boys and girls JV basketball teams will host Lansing in the IAC Large School championship games.
The girls team, which went undefeated in league play, will host the Bobcats this evening at 5:30 p.m.
NV has defeated the Bobcats twice this season.
The Cardinals’ accomplishments include a title at the Anthony Drago Tip-off Tournament.
The boys team takes on Lansing Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. The Bobcats have won two previous meeting this season.
The Cardinals’ season includes a championship in the Charlie Sibley Memorial Tournament.
Both NV squads won the IAC South Large School Division while Lansing was the IAC North Large School champ in both.
