STAC BOYS SWIMMING & DIVING: ALLEN BROTHERS COMBINE FOR 4 WINS IN OWEGO LOSS TO WINDSOR (2026-01-27)

OWEGO — Magavin Allen won three events and younger brother Padraig added an individual victory in Owego's 91-63 STAC boys swimming & diving loss to Windsor here Tuesday.

Magavin Allen, the River Hawks’ senior standout, won the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:13.34 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:08.32. He won the IM by more than seven seconds and the breaststroke by more than eight.

He also teamed up with Vincent Kneller, Eric Schrader and Javan Belokur to claim top honors in the 200 medley relay, clocking 1:58.49, a time which was more than 15 seconds faster than the Black Knights’ runner-up quartet.

Padraig Allen posted a time of 1:17.11 in the 100 backstroke.

Owego’s second-place finishers were Belokur in the 200 freestyle (2:10.95) and 500 free (5:59.73), Schrader in the 100 butterfly (1:01.69) and 100 breast (1:16.33), and the 200 free relay of Magavin Allen, Belokur, Kneller and Schrader (2:05.82).

Finishing third for the River Hawks were Kneller in the 50 free (:28.92) and 100 free (1:05.81), Stephen Gilmore in the 100 fly (1:18.46), Tobin Reynolds in the 100 breast (1:26.56), and the 200 medley relay of Padraig Allen, Reynolds, Gilmore and Dom Scherrer (2:19.55).
