IAC BOWLING: CANDOR GIRLS SWEEP LANSING AGAIN; CANDOR BOYS SWEPT (2026-01-15)

OWEGO — The Candor girls swept past Lansing for the second time in four days, while the short-handed Candor boys dropped a 4-0 decision here Thursday afternoon in IAC bowling action at the Owego Bowl.

GIRLS
Candor 4, Lansing 0
The Coyotes won the first game 675-636, then followed it up with wins of 657-512 and 767-564 for a total-pinfall win of 2,099 to 1,712.

Calli Marsh led Candor with a 515 series, and Allison Jackson rolled a 440.

Raina Schneider shot a 380 for the Coyotes, while Zoe Travis had a 379, Makenna Nixon added a 377, and Teresa Kern tacked on a 318.

Sienna Wright led Lansing with a 414 series.

BOYS
Lasing 4, Candor 0
Malcolm Jackson led Candor's three-boy squad with a 575 series, including games of 200 and 222, while Stanley Winnick rolled a 495, and Riley Bauer added a 384.

Nicholas Binns led Lansing with a 601 series.

Candor returns to action Tuesday when it hosts Tioga.
