MEN'S COLLEGE SOCCER: SEASON ENDS FOR FIVE TIOGA COUNTY GRADS (2025-11-29)

TIOGA COUNTY — The soccer season came to an end recently for five Tioga County grads.

Owego grad Vasil Brich, a freshman at Herkimer College, saw his season end prematurely with an injury. 

On the season, Brich started 13 games, scoring six goals, including a pair of two-goal games, and dished out four assists.

Candor grad Noah Banks, a freshman at Keuka College, started 14 of the 16 games he played in this season, averaging 65.4 minutes of action per game.

Banks took four shots this season.

Newark Valley grad Bela Krenner, a freshman at SUNY Cobleskill, also saw his season end prematurely.

Krenner played in nine games, starting one and averaging 37.2 minutes of action per game. He took one shot on the season.

Owego grad Zyir VanScoy, a freshman at Nazareth College, appeared in eight games this season, and played a season-high 56 minutes against Elmira College on Nov. 1.

VanScoy took two shots this season, one being on-target.

Owego grad Kyle Riegel, a junior at Hartwick College, appeared in five games and played a season-high 22 minutes against Russell Sage on Oct. 29.
