IAC GIRLS SOCCER: SVEC'S LYON, STOUFFER NAMED FIRST-TEAM DIVISIONAL ALL-STARS; THREE TEAMMATES NAMED TO SECOND TEAM (2025-11-13)

Tioga County Sports Report
SPENCER / CANDOR — Sophomore Allie Lyon and junior Meradyth Stouffer led a young SVEC team to a 4-11 season. They were both named IAC South Large School Division first-team all-stars, while a trio of their teammates were tabbed second-seamers.

Seniors Lynsey Morris and Shawna Conklin, and 8th-grader Melanie Stevens were second-team selections.

Notre Dame junior MK Young was named the divisional MVP.

FIRST TEAM
Allie Lyon, sophomore, SVEC:
A fast and athletic forward with a high soccer IQ, Lyon scored 16 goals and doled out 10 assists.

Meradyth Stouffer, junior, SVEC: An athletic and physical presence in the midfield, with a high soccer IQ, Stouffer scored eight goals and dished out 10 assists.

SECOND TEAM
Lynsey Morris, senior, SVEC:
A key cog in the Eagles' defense, Morris had one assist on the season.

Shawna Conklin, senior, SVEC: Conklin was a physical presence on the defensive end for the Eagles.

Melanie Stevens, 8th-grader, SVEC: Athletic with good soccer savvy, Stevens scored six goals and dished out four assists.
