Tioga County Sports ReportENDICOTT — Owego’s Cael Daly and Lillie Schaffer won individual Central Division titles and the girls team was also victorious at the STAC Cross Country Championships held at Union-Endicott's Ann G. McGuinness Elementary School course Saturday.
BOYS
Daly was 21st overall in 11:24.9 as the River Hawks fell just shy of a team championship, scoring 29 points to Chenango Valley’s 27.
Gabe Hudak was 26th (11:33.8), Alex Lomonaco placed 50th (12:28.7), Ethan Slater came in 57th (12:40.2) and Elliot Jones capped the team scoring in 72nd (13:07.2).
Also competing for the team were Lucas Cox (76th, 13:19.7), Enoch Stephens (83rd, 13:45.2) and Quinn Morse (97th, 14:17.6)
GIRLS
Schaffer posted a time of 14:14.1 and crossed the finish line 45th overall. Alayna Pasto was 52nd (14:37.7), Angela Bassister placed 53rd (14:44.6), Kallie Snyder was 66th (16:00.7) and Camden Kotski finished 73rd (17:10.5).
The River Hawks were the only team with a full lineup.
