Tioga County Sports ReportENDICOTT — Brady Senko and Nola Rosenberger won their races to lead the Owego JV teams to Central Division titles at the STAC Cross Country Championships held at Union-Endicott's Ann G. McGuinness Elementary School course Saturday.
BOYS
Senko placed 20th overall with a time of 18:22.8. Henry Schultz Larson placed 35th (20:30.1), Jordan Fernandez took 43rd (20:53.3), Jacob Preston came in 44th (2:05.63) and Ephraim Doty rounded out the scoring in 92nd place (23:37.3).
Also competing were Collin Burts (93rd,23:40.9), Caleb Rathke (94th, 23:43.3), Cobie Schaffer (100th, 23:57.1), Everett Benjamin (104th, 24:13.8) and Grady Morse (34:58.5).
Owego scored 19 points to runner-up Chenango Valley’s 38.
GIRLS
Rosenberger came in seventh overall, posting a time of 23:42.9. Paige Deprospero was eighth, clocking 24:50.8, Allyson Williams finished 15th (28:15), Avaleigh Tinsley finished 19th (30:45.2) and Piper Cunningham was 21st (38:32.7).
The River Hawks were uncontested for the team title.
