Tioga County Sports ReportONEONTA — Owego grad Alexis Cheeseman, a freshman on the Hartwick College field hickey team, started in her first two collegiate games for the Hawks.
Cheeseman also took her first shot-on-goal in a 2-1 loss to the University of Rochester on Saturday.
Cheeseman is averaging 25 minutes of playing time per game.
Hartwick, now 0-3, returns to action Saturday at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs.
