OWEGO — All five of Chenango Valley's golfers shot 43 or better to overcome Owego in a well-played match here Tuesday in STAC boys golf action at The Club at Owego.
The Warriors carded a five-player aggregate score of 204, while the River Hawks shot a 212.
Owego's Sawyer Prentiss and CV's Owen Harrison shared low-medal honors on the day with rounds of 37.
Jordan Snyder shot a 41 for the River Hawks, while Duke Snyder shot a 43, Conner Kotski carded a 45, and Carter Rieg added a 46.
Beckett Tirinato tacked on a non-scoring round of 51 for Owego.
Brody McMahon shot a 40 for CV, while Tommy Whitman carded a 41, and Madden Michalko and John Paske each had rounds of 43.
Owego, now 3-4, returns to action Tuesday when it hosts Seton Catholic.
