OWEGO — Owego grad Conlan Taylor was named fifth-team all-state in Class A baseball recently by the New York State Sportswriters Association.
Taylor, who was the only Tioga County baseball player to be named all-state, was stellar on the mound again in 2025.
Taylor was 4-3 on the season with a 1.52 ERA and a 0.957 WHIP, and 64 strikeouts.
Taylor hit .293 with four doubles, one triple, one home run, 10 RBI and 22 runs scored. He had a .929 OPS.
Taylor has committed to pitch at Division I Binghamton University.
