Owego baseball begins a series with Waverly to decide the STAC Central, while S-VE girls and Candor boys' golf get back on the links, and Newark Valley tennis wraps up their regular season.

Owego begins a series with Waverly this afternoon that will likely decide the winner of the STAC Central division. OFA comes into the week 10-1 in STAC play and 10-2 overall, while Waverly currently sits at 10-2 in STAC and 10-3 total. 

The Eagles dropped a tough one to end last week, coming up a run short at Elmira Notre Dame. SVEC will look to rebound at home today and get their record back to even, when they host Thomas Edison.

The Panthers girls' golf team is traveling today for a multiple team event at Corning Country Club that includes, Odessa-Montour, Elmira, Notre Dame, and Corning-Painted Post.

The Cardinals' tennis team hopes to cap off their regular season this afternoon with a win on the road at Watkins Glen.
