BINGHAMTON - A few substitution miscues slowed the River Hawks momentum in a tough road loss to STAC Central foe, Seton Catholic, 15-8 on Tuesday night.
"We knew Seton Catholic was going to want this one, and they played a fast clean game," said coach Craig Nevins.
Atlas Boland scored two goals to go with four assists, while Garrett Phelps found the net three times. Caleb Cole earned a goal and recorded three assists, while Lucas Boccasini and Sawyer Prentiss each netted a goal as well. Prentiss also dished out two assists on the night.
Aiden Rhodes had a solid night with 17 saves in goal.
"Right now we're very comfortable on our home turf and we are working on transferring that energy to take with us on the road," added Nevins.
