STAC SOFTBALL: OFA ROUTS NORWICH IN FIVE INNINGS TO REMAIN UNBEATEN (2025-04-07)

NORWICH - Owego softball improved their win streak to four on Monday, defeating Norwich on the road, 15-0 in five innings.

Carsten Crawford pitched a solid five innings, only giving up one hit and striking out 11. Geneva Crawford and Lexi Cheeseman both tripled in the game and finished with two RBIs a piece. 

Maia Smith crossed the plate twice and also brought in two runs. Miley Laubach went 1-for-1, including a double. Labauch fished with two RBIs on the day, while also drawing three walks. Izzy Coveney scored three times and tallied an RBI as well. Audrionna Howe also had two runs, Monday afternoon.

Carsten battled the elements in the circle and we took advantage of a couple pitching changes for Norwich to secure the win," said coach Emily Crawford.

The River Hawks host Windsor on April 9th.
