SECTION IV GIRLS BOWLING: FLOYD LEADS CANDOR EFFORT AT STATE QUALIFIER (2025-02-28) Tioga County Sports Report
WAVERLY — Candor’s Kaitlyn Floyd placed in the top 20 to lead the Coyotes at the Section IV Division 2 Girls Bowling State Qualifier at Valley Bowling Center here Friday.
Floyd rolled series of 554 and 525 with a high game of 195 to finish 14th. With her score 530 at sectionals, she finished 15th overall with a 9-game total pinfall of 1609.
Kadee Jackson shot 1541 over nine games, including 524 and 474 at the qualifier with a high game of 152. She recorded a 543 at sectionals.
Calli Marsh would carry Candor’s top game of the qualifier, shooting 201 to start the afternoon session. She had series of 531 and 482, and with a 472 at sectionals, had a 1505 total pinfall.
Jennarose Reagan added a 465 and 438 to her sectional score of 454 for a 1357 total. Her high game at the qualifier was a 175.
Kristin Baker contributed a high game of 162 in the morning session and rolled a pair of 441 series at the qualifier. She had a 390 at sectionals and finished with a 1272 total pinfall.
Candor took fifth in the 8-team event with a total pinfall of 7284.
