SECTION IV GIRLS BOWLING: CANDOR WINS CLASS D TITLE (2025-02-21)

VESTAL — Kaydee Jackson led four bowlers in the top 12 as Candor won the Section IV, Class D title here Friday in girls bowling action at Midway Lanes.

Candor claimed the team title with a three-game set of 2,409, while Tioga was second with 2,332 pins, and Groton was third at 2,102.

The Coyotes advance to next week's Section IV State Qualifier.

Jackson finished fifth in the Class D individual standings on the day with a 543 series, including a 198 which was fourth.

Kaitlyn Floyd was sixth with a 530 series, including a 190 high game, while Calli Marsh was 10th with a 492, and Jennarose Reagan was 12th with a 454 series.

Kristin Baker tacked on a 390 series for the Coyote.

The Section IV State Qualifier is Friday at Waverly's Valley Bowling Center.
