TIOGA COUNTY — Newark Valley hosts Moravia on the wrestling mats in the only event in Tioga County on Wednesday.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Owego (5-8 overall, 2-6 STAC Central) at Chenango Valley (8-5, 5-3), 5:30 p.m. JV start: The River Hawks are coming off a 50-35 loss to state-ranked Waverly Monday, while the Warriors dropped a 56-51 decision to Elmira.

WRESTLING
Moravia (2-8) at Newark Valley (6-1), 3 p.m.: The Cardinals are coming off a 42-30 loss to Unatego-Unadilla Valley in the semifinals of the Section IV, Division II Duals last Wednesday, while the Blue Devils dropped a 47-20 decision to Schuyler.
