NEWARK VALLEY — The Newark Valley girls’ bowling team swept Lansing, while the boys fell to Lansing.

Newark Valley’s girls shot 734, 704 and 642 for a 2,080 and Lansing shot 604, 620 and 567 for a 1,791.

Rachel Hartman shot 192-215-169-576 for Newark Valley and Brook Illsley shot 156-137-135-428.

Lyla Dufresne shot 162-106-133-401 and Abigail DeBolt shot 125-148-125-398, while Olivia Vaughn shot 99-98-80-277.

Lansing was led by Sienna Wright who shot 157-196-136-489.

On the boys side Newark Valley shot 705, 730 and 717 for a 2,152. Lansing shot 747, 784 and 821 for a 2,352.

Devon Green led Newark Valley’s boys with a 138-172-183-493, while James Wales shot 178-156-154-488.

William Simmons shot 150-174-140-464 while Mason Peck shot 133-118-120-371 and Riley Lavine shot 106-110-120-336, while Kaleb Jackson shot 102-99-95-296.

Nicco Binns shot 172-169-202-543 to lead Lansing.
