ENDWELL — Junior Sophia Lee had four top-three finishes, and sophomore Ava Murphy recorded four top-five finishes to pace Owego's efforts here Wednesday at the Section IV, Class B girls swimming preliminaries.

The River Hawks will advance all three relays, and 10 individuals (in 18 individual event entries) to Saturday's Class B Championships.

Lee was second in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 25.64 seconds, while sophomore Riley Masterson was ninth in 29.57 seconds, freshman Xoey Kozakowski was 14th in 32.01 seconds, and sophomore Hailey Stevens was 16th in 32.37 seconds.

Lee was also second in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:03.48, and freshman Maura Wilburn was 15th in 1:19.05.

Murphy finished second in the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 1:02.37.

Lee and Murphy teamed with Masterson, and sophomore Cecilia Clair to finish third in the 200-yard medley relay in a time of 1:58.83.

Lee, Schrader, Masterson and Clair teamed to place third in the 200-yard freestyle relay in a time of 1:50.31.

Murphy finished fifth in the 200-yard IM in a time of 2:29.2, and Schrader was 12th in 2:35.32

Schrader was fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:18.43, and sophomore Natalia Nowetner was 14th in 1:30.93.

Sophomore Liz Williams, freshman Kaiah Malmstrom, Masterson, and Schrader teamed to finish sixth in the 400-yard freestyle relay in a time of 4:25.41.

Williams was 11th in the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 2:22.62, while Malmstrom was 12th in 2:26.71, and Clair was 14th in 2:28.48.

Masterson was 12th in the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 1:06.05.

Clair was 13th in the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 6:37.27, while Malmstrom (6:37.43), and Williams (6:39.5) finished 14th and 15th, respectively.

The Class B Championships are at Maine-Endwell Saturday at 2 p.m.
