STAC GIRLS' SWIMMING & DIVING: OWEGO NOTCHES VICTORY OVER JOHNSON CITY (7 PHOTOS) (2024-10-17)
Tioga County Sports ReportOWEGO — The Owego girls’ swimming and diving team picked up a 104-76 win over Johnson City on Thursday night.
Kaiah Malmstrom, Ava Murphy, Riley Wold and Olivia Schrader won the 200 medley relay in 2:15.23 and in the 200 free Schrader won in 2:27.64.
Murphy was second in the 200 IM in 2:40.55 and Cecilia Clair won the 50 free in 28.51 followed by Wold in 29.57.
Kaelyn Katchuk won the diving with a score of 306.70 with teammate Ayla Young third at 251.55.
Murphy won the 100 fly in 1:07.18 and Elizabeth Williams was third in 1:20.77.
Malmstrom was second in the 100 free in 1:12.90 followed by Xoey Kozakowski in 1:18.91.
Clair won the 500 free in 6:53.58 and Katchuck, Clair, Murphy and Williams won the 200 free relay in 2:01.19.
Schrader won the 100 fly in 1:13.62 followed by Malmstrom in 1:24.10.
Katchuk was second din the 100 breaststroke in 1:33.99 followed by Natalie Nowetner in 1:34.02.
Wold, Malmstrom, Clair and Schrader had the top time in the 400 free relay as an exhibition in 4:54.57.
