ODESSA — S-VE started fast, and cruised to a sweep of Odessa-Montour here Wednesday night in IAC South Small School Division volleyball action.

The Panthers, now 10-1 overall and 10-0 in IAC play, won by scores of 25-8, 25-12, and 25-14.

Faith Brenchley had 10 service points, including three aces, 14 setter assists, and four kills, and Lauren Gillette had 21 points, including seven aces, four kills, and one block to lead S-VE, and Lilyanah Doolittle had eight points, including five aces, and nine kills.

Andy Wallace had seven points and four kills for the Panthers, while Makana Diboun and Summer Taylor each had two points and two kills, and Elizabeth Ortolan and Hannah Smith each added two points.

S-VE returns to action Tuesday at Candor.

JV: S-VE swept the junior varsity match by scores of 25-14 and 25-11. It also won an exhibition set, 25-16.

Jayde Bailey led S-VE with 16 points, including nine aces, and two digs, while Maddy Ashby had eight points (three aces), five kills, and nine assists, and Trinity Decker had three points, seven kills, four digs, and eight assists.

Reece Hickey had six points (three aces), and four kills, while Elaina Middlebrook had seven points, two kills, and two digs, Emma Neish had four points, three kills, and three digs, and Molly Rice added four points (three aces).
