After a scoreless second quarter, D-H added four more goals in the third quarter to extend its lead to 9-0.
Amanda Ray and Sarah Gross each scored three goals for D-H, while Aubrey Smith and Addison Makowski each had one goal and one assist in the win.
Darn DeGraw and Autumn Dohanic added goals for D-H, and Leah Brawn and Victoria Green each recorded assists.
D-H had a 17-4 advantage in shots-on-goal, while the Cardinals had a 5-4 edge in penalty corners.
Grace Guiles recorded nine saves in the cage for Newark Valley, and Ryan Schweckendieck notched two defensive saves.
Newark Valley wrapped up the season with a 2-14 record.
