STAC GIRLS' SWIMMING & DIVING: MURPHY AND LEE EACH WIN TWO EVENTS, BUT OWEGO FALLS TO WAVERLY (2024-10-15)

OWEGO — The Owego girls’ swimming and diving team fell to Waverly on Tuesday, 100-80.

Ava Murphy won the 200 free in 2:14.69 and Kalah Malmstrom was third in 2:34.86.

Sophia Lee won the 200 IM in 2:28.88 and Olivia Schrader was third in 2:41.90.

Kaelyn Katchuk won the diving at 308.35 followed by teammate Ayla Young in 259.10.

Cecilia Clair was third in the 100 fly in 1:24.28 and in the 500 free Murphy won in 6:17.94 and Malmstrom was third in 7:00.60.

Lee won the 100 back in 1:05.91 and in the 100 breaststroke Schrader was third in 1:17.59.
