TIOGA COUNTY — It’s going to be a busy week with 41 events currently on the schedule. Of course, Mother Nature has other plans. According to weather.com, rain is in the forecast for Wednesday through Saturday with Wednesday and Thursday being the most likely days for athletic events to be adversely affected.

MONDAY
Newark Valley hosts Newfield in baseball and softball.

TUESDAY
Candor boys golf visits Tioga and Newark Valley hosts Trumansburg.

Candor and Spencer-Van Etten head to Tioga while Owego visits Waverly for track & field meets.

Owego hosts Greene in flag football.

WEDNESDAY
SVEC hosts Edison in baseball and softball.

Newark Valley hosts Lansing and S-VE hosts Odessa-Montour in boys golf.

Owego hosts Chenango Valley in baseball and travels to Waverly for softball.

Owego boys lacrosse hosts Maine-Endwell.

THURSDAY
There are no local events on the docket.

FRIDAY
S-VE competes in the Tioga Twisted Relays.

Newark Valley hosts Newfield in baseball and softball.

Owego hosts Vestal in boys lacrosse.

SATURDAY
Owego flag football hosts Susquehanna Valley.
