TIOGA COUNTY — Mother Nature is messing with today’s athletic schedule. The threat of bad weather has already forced the postponement of one event.

BOYS TENNIS
Owego (0-2) at Waverly (0-2), 4:30 p.m.: The match is still a go, but rain or snow will almost certainly force a postponement.

GIRLS LACROSSE
Owego (1-1) at Horseheads (1-0), 7:30 p.m.: The River Hawks head west for their first road game of the season.

TRACK & FIELD
Candor at Spencer-Van Etten, 5 p.m.: It’s a home meet for the Coyotes, and their season opener. S-VE is coming off a solid performance at the Rotary Relays. The meet will also include Marathon.

POSTPONEMENT
Owego’s home baseball game against Norwich has been postponed. A make-up date has not been announced.
