TIOGA COUNTY — Ousmane Duncanson won his third consecutive individual state title, giving the senior standout a 94-match win streak to end his high school career and making him the All-Tioga County “Wrestler of the Year.”

Combined with the Tigers' nine team championships he has been a part of, Duncanson has collected 12 state titles in his three years at Tioga. This season, he was rarely challenged on the mat as he won 33 consecutive bouts. He finished his career with a 94-match win streak and was 172-25 overall with 116 pins and 10 technical falls.

The “Newcomer of the Year” is Tioga’s Declan McKee. The freshman posted a 34-7 record and placed fourth at the state championships. He picked up IAC, Section IV qualifier and Section IV overall titles in the process. He also claimed two seconds and a fourth in three of the most challenging regular season tournaments in the state.

Kris Harrington continues to put dominant teams on the mat and is again the “Coach of the Year.” He guided the Tigers to their fifth consecutive Division II state championship and third straight Division II dual meet state title. Tioga has also won 42 consecutive duals meets.
