IAC GIRLS BOWLING: CANDOR’S FLOYD, NEWARK VALLEY’S HARTMAN RECEIVE ALL-STAR ACCOLADES (2024-03-16)

TIOGA COUNTY — Candor’s Kaitlyn Floyd has been selected an IAC Girls Bowling first team all-star while Newark Valley’s Rachel Hartman was named to the second team.

Floyd, who would compete in the NYSPHSAA Girls Composite Championships, carried a 175.2 average in IAC play, third behind Union Springs/Port Byron’s Jenna Jump (191.3) and Groton’s Emily Carigan (180).

Hartman posted a 161.1 average, seventh highest in the league.

Candor won the IAC Large School team title.
