SOUTHPORT — Owego held Elmira Notre Dame without a point in the first and fourth quarters en route to a 50-10 non-league victory in JV girls basketball action Tuesday evening.

Jaelyn Chrysler, Evelyn Howe and Jenna McEvoy scored four points apiece in the 13–0 first period run.

Howe tacked on six more in the second quarter to lead the River Hawks to a 25-5 halftime advantage.

McEvoy knocked down a 3-pointer and Lydia Schweiger added three points also as Owego made it a 33-10 game in the third period.

Katelyn Doge canned two treys and Chrysler had four more points in the fourth.

Howe finished the game with 14 points, Chrysler and Dodge score nine apiece, and McEvoy contributed seven. Jana Nikulich chipped in with five points, Schweiger had three, Jewel Belokur added two and Keely Wicklund tacked on one.

Lauren Coseo led the Crusaders with five points.
