TIOGA COUNTY — It’s a light day on the schedule with three events slated, only one of which is being contested locally.

BOWLING
Susquehanna Valley at Owego, 3:40 p.m.: The River Hawks won their season opener last week with both the boys and girls winning by 5-0 scores.

BOYS BASKETBALL
Owego (1-1) at Dryden (0-1), 7 p.m.: Coming off a strong showing at the Sibley tournament, the River Hawks head up Route 38 for a non-league contest. The Purple Lions fell to Seton Catholic in their opener.

WRESTLING
Newark Valley at Moravia, 6 p.m.: The Cardinals open the IAC dual meet season on the road after some solid performances at the Goodrich tournament.
