IAC BOYS CROSS COUNTRY: S-VE DUO RECEIVES LEAGUE ACCOLADES (2023-11-15)

TIOGA COUNTY — The Spencer-Van Etten duo of John Garrison and Eddie Rixford have been named IAC Boys Cross Country All-stars.

Garrison, a senior who would win the IAC individual championship, went on to win the Section IV Class D title and place ninth at NYSPHSAA championships, was selected to the first team.

Rixford, a junior, received second-team recognition.

The top seven finishers at the IAC meet were selected to the first team while 8th through 14th places were named to the second team.
