IAC VOLLEYBALL: CANDOR SWEEPS PAST NEWFIELD, MOVES TO 4-3 (2022-09-28)

CANDOR — Candor swept Newfield, 3-0, in IAC volleyball action here Wednesday evening. The Indians won by scores of 25-13, 25-11 and 25-9.

Phoebe Swartz scored 13 service points, including eight aces, handed out 12 assists and added four digs for the Indians.

Janelle Marsh had 10 service points, three aces and four kills; Grace Handy added three aces and five digs; Nicola Soper chipped in with six kills and three digs; Emma Kelsey had three digs and Rosie Hurd added four digs.

Candor (4-3) hosts Edison (4-3) Thursday.
