CANDOR — Unbeaten Trumansburg kept its perfect slate clean with a 3-0 IAC victory over Candor here Wednesday.

The Blue Raiders’ advantage in experience over Candor proved to be too much as they won by scores of 25-12, 25-15 and 25-14.

Kate Stouffer registered two service points and two kills; Phoebe Swartz had two service points and two digs; Kadence Carman had one block assist; Janelle Marsh posted two kills, two digs; Grace Handy racked up four service points, two kills, one block assist and one solo block; Nicola Soper had two digs; and Luci Ray added eight service points.

For Trumansburg (6-0, 3-0 IAC), Ellie McLennan had six kills and nine digs; Lauren Millspaugh scored eight aces and five kills; Lydia Everhart added five kills and four aces; and Kaylee Dickerson Holly tacked on four kills and four digs.

Candor (1-2, 1-1 IAC) visits Waverly Friday.

JV Candor won a close battle, 2-1. The scores were 26-24, 21-25 and 25-21.

Jill Teribury handed out seven assists. Emmi Makie, Ryleigh Bowman, Emmi McCracken and Maddison Benjamin had two kills apiece.
