SVEC YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT SET FOR JULY 16 (2022-05-16)

CANDOR — Mark down the date — July 16 — the day the SVEC Youth Football and Cheerleading Association will hold its annual fundraising golf tournament at Catatonk Creek Golf Course.

The tournament will benefit the association and the entry fee remains $70 per golfer. It will be a 4-man captain and crew format with skins. Teams tee off at 9 a.m.

The first-place team receives $350, second picks up $280 and third gets four free rounds of golf at Catatonk Creek.

There will also be prizes for men's and women's closest to the pin and longest drive.

There will be money holes throughout the course, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing and a variety of raffles.

Golfers will be treated to a chicken barbecue dinner at the end of the day.
