TIOGA COUNTY — It's a basketball bonanza with seven games filling the schedule. Six of those events feature IAC crossover games.

BOYS BASKETBALL
Candor (8-2) at Southern Cayuga (3-5), 7:30 p.m.: The Indians held off Tioga last time out to extend their winning streak to five games. The Chieftains are coming off a loss to Lansing.

Newark Valley (2-7) at Whitney Point (1-8), 7:30 p.m.: The Cardinals lost to Dryden last time out while the Golden Eagles are coming off a loss to Bainbridge-Guilford.

S-VE (5-6) at Groton (2-6), 7:15 p.m.: S-VE dropped a heart-breaker to Newfield Tuesday while the Indians defeated Marathon Wednesday.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Southern Cayuga (5-4) at Candor (1-6), 7:30 p.m.: The Indians are coming off a loss to Watkins Glen.

Groton (2-5) at S-VE (4-2), 7 p.m.: The Panthers pounded on Newfield last time out, which was 10 days ago.

Oneonta at Owego (3-7), 7:45 p.m.: The understaffed Indians, coming off a loss to Windsor, are looking to snap out of a slump.

Whitney Point at Newark Valley (10-1), 7:30 p.m.: The top-ranked Cardinals won big over Dryden a week ago.
