TIOGA COUNTY — Two of today's four events involve IAC Division I wrestling matches.

Bowling
Susquehanna Valley at Owego, 3:40 p.m.: The Indians are coming off a crossover match with Waverly from the IAC and the Owego boys were very impressive with a sweep.

Boys Basketball
Newfield (8-2, 6-1 IAC South Small School) at S-VE (5-5, 4-3 IAC South Small School), 7 p.m.: The battle between these division rivals continues. The Trojans won the early-season divisional clash while the Panthers came out on top in holiday tournament action.

Wrestling
Newark Valley (6-3, 3-0 IAC Division I) at Tioga (7-0, 1-0 IAC Division I), 6 p.m.: The Cardinals come into the triangular against the state's top-ranked Division II team as the IAC Division I leader. Dryden, which is 0-8 overall and 0-1 in the division, will be competing as well.

SVEC (0-7, 0-3 IAC Division I) at Whitney Point, (0-7, 0-1 IAC Division I), 6 p.m.: The youthful Eagles were missing five regulars at their last competition, including a pair of state-ranked standouts.
