TIOGA COUNTY — IAC volleyball takes center stage as five of the teams involved are still alive in the hunt for division titles, four being from Tioga County.

Candor is tied for the lead with Tioga in the IAC South Small School division, but S-VE is still mathematically alive. Newark Valley, Waverly and Edison have four losses apiece in the IAC South Large School race, but NV and Edison have more wins than Waverly.

GIRLS SOCCER
Elmira (8-5-1) at Owego (8-2-1), 7 p.m.: The Class B Indians close out the regular season against the defending Section IV Class AA champions.

SVEC (1-9-1) at Trumansburg (5-6), 7 p.m.: The Eagles wrap up their season on the road.

VOLLEYBALL
Candor (11-1) at Odessa-Montour (0-11), 6:30 p.m.: Candor dominated O-M in their previous meeting.

Edison (7-4) at S-VE (6-5), 7 p.m.: The Spartans won their last match with the Panthers.

Waverly (4-4) at Newark Valley (6-4), 6:30 p.m.: The Cardinals need a victory to stay close to Edison.
