MORRISVILLE — SUNY Morrisville goalie Morgan Dueber recorded her 500th career save in the season opener, a 6-0 loss to St. Lawrence Sept. 1.

The Owego grad made 19 saves in that game. She added a dozen more in an 8-1 loss to Castleton, Vermont Friday and added eight in a 2-1 win over Houghton College Tuesday. She also played in a 3-2 overtime victory against St. Joseph, Connecticut Saturday, but goalkeeping stats were not available.

Dueber was the 2018 NEAC Defensive Player of the Year and ranked second overall in the NCAA is saves per game. The junior was also ranked fourth in the NCAA in saves per game in 2019.

Morrisville visits Keystone College, Pennsylvania Saturday.
