SECTION IV BOYS LACROSSE: 'BROWN BOMBER' LEADS OWEGO TO ROMP OVER WATKINS GLEN (2021-05-11)

WATKINS GLEN — Owego's Justin Brown dropped a bomb on Watkins Glen — to the tune of four goals and seven assists — to lead the Indians to a 14-4 Section IV boys lacrosse victory here Tuesday.

Mason Wills recorded a hat trick for Owego and also handed out one assist.

Parker Sage and Aidan Both notched two goals apiece, Jace Riegel contributed a goal and two assists, Alex Brown chipped in with one goal and one assist, and Matt Laubach tacked on a goal.

Seamus Mooney paced the Senecas with two goals and an assist. Silas Farrell and Nick D'Alleva added one goal each.

Brandon Worzel made eight saves for the Indians and Connor Novinsky had 16 for WG.

Owego dominated ground balls, 48-15, and shots, 41-13.

Owego (2-4) hosts Corning Friday.
