TIOGA COUNTY — A shortened season and numerous weather postponements over the past two weeks have forced teams to cram events into tight schedules. Prepare for this week to be a hectic one as there are 57 events on the docket — and rain forecasted for Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

• S-VE hosts Odessa-Montour on the softball diamond.

TUESDAY (14)

• Candor heads to Newark Valley for track & field.

• Owego track & field hosts Seton Catholic and Susquehanna Valley.

• Newark Valley hosts Watkins Glen in boys golf.

• Newark Valley baseball hosts Edison.

WEDNESDAY (8)
• Candor softball hosts rival Tioga.

• Owego softball hosts Oneonta.

• SVEC golf visits Newark Valley.

• Newark Valley hosts Moravia in boys tennis.

• Newark Valley entertains Odessa-Montour in softball.

THURSDAY (10)
• Owego softball hosts Tioga.

• Owego hosts Horseheads in girls lacrosse.

• SVEC boys golf visits Waverly.

• Newark Valley girls golf hosts Waverly and Johnson City.

• Newark Valley baseball heads to Tioga.

• Newark Valley boys tennis hosts Edison.

FRIDAY (10)

SATURDAY (5)
• The Owego baseball and softball teams will host Chenango Forks.
