ATHENS AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT SEEKING APPLICANTS FOR COACHING VACANCIES (2021-04-15)

ATHENS — The Athens Area School District is looking to fill three coaching vacancies for the 2021 fall sports season, and one for the 2021 / 2022 winter season.

The district is seeking a junior varsity volleyball coach, and two assistant football coaches for the fall season, and a junior high swim coach for the winter season.

“Athens is looking for some energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to be positive influences on our student-athletes,” said Athens athletic director J.B. Sullivan. “Good coaches not only help athletes succeed on the playing field, but they help shape the framework for our youth to succeed in life.”
