BINGHAMTON — The Southern Tier Hawks will be hosting a four-week co-ed basketball workout session on Tuesdays and Thursdays for middle school athletes from Feb. 16 through March 11 here at the St. Mary’s Rec. Center.

A session for 5th- & 6th-graders will be held from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., and a session for 7th- & 8th-graders will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The cost is $150. Spots are limited. First-come, first-served.
