COLLEGE LACROSSE: OWEGO GRAD PHELPS SCORES IN COLLEGIATE DEBUT; SEASON SUSPENDED (2020-03-13)

GREENSBURG, Pa. — Owego grad and Seton Hill freshman Tyler Phelps scored his first collegiate goal in the season opener, a 26-8 victory over Davis & Elkins.

The Griffins are currently 6-0. They also defeated Davenport, 20-1; Mount Olive, 11-7; New York Tech, 13-5; Roberts Wesleyan, 12-3; and Georgian Court, 10-7.

Phelps has seen action in two games.

Seton Hill started the season ranked seventh in NCAA Division II.

The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference has announced that all athletic competition for the remainder of the spring semester is suspended, effective immediately.
