Connor Kinney got off to a record-setting start, only to have his season put on hold due to the coronavirus.
Kinney, an attacker, set a Golden Knights single-game record with seven assists in an 18-10 win over Post University in the season opener. He also contributed two goals.
His performance earned him a spot on the USILA Division II Team of the Week and the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week honor.
Kinney added two goals in a 9-8 overtime win against St. Michael's and had a goal and two assists in a 15-9 victory against Florida Southern.
He scored one goal in a 13-3 loss to the University of Tampa, which is ranked fourth in NCAA Division II.
The Northeast-10 Conference Council of Presidents voted unanimously to suspend athletic activities effective March 13.
