SECTION IV BOYS BASKETBALL: CANDOR, OWEGO OPEN PLAYOFFS AT HOME; S-VE HITS THE ROAD (2020-02-20)

TIOGA COUNTY — Candor and Owego will open the Section IV playoffs at home next week while S-VE hits the road.

Owego (9-9) is the third seed in Class B and will host No. 6 Chenango Forks (12-7) in a quarterfinal Feb. 28 at 7:15 p.m.

Candor (12-7) is the No. 6 seed in Class C and will host 11th-seeded Lansing (9-11) in the first round Tuesday at 6 p.m.

S-VE (9-10), the 13th seed in Class C, travels to Greene Tuesday to face the fourth-seeded Trojans (13-5) in a 6 p.m. preliminary.
